<CSR> YAMAGUCHI MICA Human Rights Policy

Through our business activities involving the manufacture and sale of powdered materials, primarily mica, a natural mineral,
we contribute to the sustainable development of society. Recognizing that respect for human rights is a universal value, we
will continue to concretize and advance initiatives that "Bring happiness to our stakeholders, both internal and external,"
within our business activities. This policy, approved by our management team including the Representative Director,
articulates YAMAGUCHI MICA's stance on human rights.

1. Basic Approach
YAMAGUCHI MICA supports internationally recognized human rights standards in its business activities. This includes
respecting fundamental human rights, prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and violence based on race, nationality,
gender, religion, beliefs, etc.,promoting diversity, prohibiting child labor, prohibiting forced labor (including human trafficking),
prohibiting unreasonable restrictions on movement, respecting freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
in accordance with local laws, paying employees wages no less than the statutory minimum, preventing excessive working
hours and providing appropriate holidays, ensuring occupational safety and health, preventing occupational accidents,
protecting privacy, and engaging in responsible mineral sourcing.

2. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all officers and employees of YAMAGUCHI MICA. We also expect all business partners involved in our
operations, including business partners, suppliers, and contractors, to understand and comply with this policy.

3. International Standards and Laws Referenced
YAMAGUCHI MICA supports and respects the following international human rights norms:
- International Bill of Human Rights (Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenant on Human Rights)
- ILO (International Labour Organization) Core Labor Standards
- United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
Furthermore, we comply with the laws and regulations of each country and region where we conduct business activities.
Where differences exist between international standards and local laws, we strive to respect internationally recognized
human rights principles to the greatest extent possible.

4. Key Human Rights Issues
YAMAGUCHI MICA recognizes the following human rights issues as particularly important and will address them accordingly.
(1) Prohibition of Discrimination and Respect for Diversity
We do not tolerate any discrimination based on race, nationality, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual
orientation, gender identity, or other such grounds.
(2) Prevention of Harassment
We prohibit all forms of harassment, including power harassment and sexual harassment.
(3) Prohibition of Forced Labor and Child Labor
We do not tolerate forced labor, human trafficking, or child labor, and strive to ensure these practices do not occur
throughout our entire supply chain.
(4) Occupational Safety, Health, and Appropriate Working Conditions
We ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment and strive to prevent occupational accidents.
(5) Respect for Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining
We respect employees' freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

5. Human Rights Due Diligence
YAMAGUCHI MICA implements human rights due diligence based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business
and Human Rights. This includes identifying and assessing adverse human rights impacts, preventing and mitigating them,
monitoring the status of responses, and disclosing information.

6. Remediation and Redress
Should YAMAGUCHI MICA's business activities be found to have caused or contributed to adverse human rights impacts,
we will undertake appropriate corrective actions and provide remedies.

7. Education and Awareness
YAMAGUCHI MICA will continuously provide human rights education and training to its officers and employees to ensure
understanding and implementation of this policy.

8. Stakeholder Dialogue
YAMAGUCHI MICA will strive to improve its human rights respect initiatives through dialogue with stakeholders, including
employees, business partners, and local communities.

9. Information Disclosure
YAMAGUCHI MICA will disclose information regarding this policy and the status of its human rights initiatives through
appropriate means.
